Meet Marilyn
Hi, and welcome.
I’m Marilyn, and I’m thrilled you’ve found me.
The first thing we should do is sit down with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and take a little time to stroll—and scroll—through these pages. I hope you’ll get to know me, the work I love, and the purpose behind this sacred space for connection.
I would also love to hear from you, through the Contact page or by email, so I can get to know you, too.
Perhaps you are a woman on a mission.
A woman who is curious.
A woman unafraid to wonder, wander, question, begin again, and become more fully herself.
You are my kind of woman.
And I believe we can learn from one another.
I have always been a connector.
Perhaps it began during my early years as a military dependent, moving every two or three years across coasts, cities, towns, and islands. Each time, my first instinct was to find my people—to create friendships, discover community, and understand how others lived.
Isolation was never my thing.
Because I never had deep roots in one place, I often daydreamed about having friends who knew my history. Friends who could help inform my decisions, listen to my secrets, remember who I had been, and witness who I was becoming.
As I have grown older, wiser, and more grounded, I have become deeply aware of the gift hidden inside that early searching: the search for authenticity, the search for sisters, and the search for connection.
Those searches led me to my purpose.
I am called to gather with women, hear their stories, share my own, create spaces for deeper conversation, and help women feel supported, understood, and seen.
I have come to recognize that much of my life has been devoted to transforming isolation into authentic connection.
So I am asking you:
Will you join me?
Let’s breathe together.
Let’s speak our truth.
Let’s nurture our hopes and dreams.
Let’s remember our strength.
Let’s create connection that feels honest, nourishing, joyful, and real.
My years of travel also awakened in me a lasting love for cultural rituals, meaningful ceremony, and the traditions that help bind people together.
Since the 1980s—and perhaps even before that—I have immersed myself in practices that support health, wellness, mindfulness, spiritual wholeness, and self-discovery. These experiences became part of the tapestry of my own journey toward self-knowledge, positive self-image, and renewed self-love.
For more than thirty years, I have hosted and facilitated women’s circles, drawing upon practices such as mindful meditation, breathwork, vibrational sound, spiritual drumming, reflective conversation, ritual, and whole-body wellness.
From those years of experience, I have shaped my own approach to helping women rediscover their authenticity, their truth, their voice, and their joy.
I believe we are here to:
Live it. Love it. Pass it on.
Join me.
Let’s flow.
